The California Association of Mortgage Brokers is condemning a local real estate scheme that has left several investors nearly broke and many Elk Grove homes in foreclosure.Jim Martin and his business partners Mario Fellini and Gabe Varimones are being accused of duping individual investors into buying more than 20 homes....Many industry insiders have been sounding off about Martin and his partners and are calling for a federal investigation. Mike McGee, past president of the California Association of Mortgage Brokers, said Martin and others deserve to be prosecuted.Since KCRA 3's investigation, Martin and his partners have switched business names. They are now operating at Esnian Mortgage and Realty Network [cached; site now defunct]. Online, they have been working to attract investors in Miami, Colorado Springs, Colo., and other places. [Most of the Craigslist ads have been deleted by the author or flagged.]The firm's MySpace.com page [cached; site now defunct] lists Martin as the boss.KCRA 3 attempted to reach Martin for comment, but he did not return calls....Investor Walter Bakos, who earlier did business with Martin, said he fears that Martin and his partners are seeking to profit off a fresh group of unknowing investors. He urges investors to be careful before getting involved with Martin.
This guy Bernstein is now doing hotel rooms for a news story. He must be the new priceline! His Fraud investigation is worthless we all know that. Mr, Josh Bernstein please tell us what else you have.

ReplyDeleteTimothy Mcdaniel: Large and Over weight has sued a company called sisco before, saying he could not work because of back problems. However he started a landscaping business and is working much harder. I think he needs to be investigated for fraud himself.He also signed contracts that have come into hands about him receiving over $15000 in commissions off of his own house.

Reagan Oliveras: has committed a very terrible crime in Hawaii years ago and beat a man that almost died. He was an alcholic.owns his own pool service but is not smart enough to know he shouldn't sign docs because he was dupped. But he doenst commit fraud right? He was duped? I doubt it,Mr oliveras reveived over $5000 in bringing the company clients, He was working for them for 3 months and also wanted to go into a partnership into his pool company business. He also has a relationship with Patricia Romano.
Patricia Romano: She is in a suite in the Bay area, So she likes to sue people.
Jeff Johnston owns his own pool service but is not smart enough to know he shouldn't sign docs because he was dupped.and also recieved moneys from left over funds to pay off a sears card of $2500.00 and he got a $1000 in the mail left over
Walter Bakos makes 40k a year and owns his own business, but he is not smart enough either,
Peter Carrea also owns his own business and is not smart enough.
Wow do you really think these people were duped.
These people are in for a big surprise.
I think these people are really trying to play dumb.
